Half-Height Light Curtain
A full-height sensor is built into the entrance area. If anything crosses this barrier while the elevator is in motion, it stops instantly to prevent accidents.

Safety Lid Plug
When the elevator is downstairs, this lid securely covers the floor opening above. It's strong enough to stand on and can be finished with your existing flooring to blend in.

Key Switch Operation
This feature allows you to turn off the elevator when needed—ideal for added safety during vacations or when children are visiting.

Top & Bottom Safety Pans
Sensors located above and below the car detect obstructions and stop the elevator immediately if something is in the way.

Hold-To-Run Controls
To operate the elevator, the user must press and hold the control button. This ensures safe, controlled movement between floors.

Weight Limit Sensors
The Trio Alta supports up to 250kg (500 lbs), while other Trio models are limited to 220kg (485 lbs). If the weight exceeds these limits, the elevator won’t move.

Out-of-Balance Sensors
If the elevator becomes unbalanced, built-in sensors detect the issue and prevent travel until it's resolved.

Fall Arrest Mechanism
A patented safety system prevents the car from falling—even in the unlikely event that the steel ropes lose tension.

Emergency Stop Button
Easily accessible and located at the front of the cabin, this button lets users stop the elevator instantly in an emergency.
